Resilient Leader ​Academy

The Resilient Leader Academy is a 6-month leadership development ​cohort program for leaders in the San Antonio Area.

The Purpose

Sinclairity Consulting and Mandy Smith Consulting are ​excited to present The Resilient Leader Academy.


RLA was created to arm leaders with the skills, ​knowledge, and understanding they need to succeed, ​add value to the organizations they serve, and lead ​the future of the workforce.


Participants in this program will be better equipped to ​lead their teams, increase retention and engagement, ​and improve performance, helping to drive the ​organization forward.


Focused on building workplace cultures of resilience, ​authenticity, inclusion, belonging, and mental well-​being, this program provides leaders with essential ​skills and mindsets to navigate challenges, cultivate ​meaningful relationships, prioritize mental health, and ​lead with integrity.

Important Dates

Participants are expected to be present for the ​following full-day class sessions:


  • Orientation: October 1, 2024
  • Class 1: October 17, 2024
  • Class 2: November 14, 2024
  • Class 3: December 12, 2024
  • Class 4: January 16, 2025
  • Class 5: February 6, 2025
  • Class 6: March 20, 2025
  • Graduation: April 10, 2025


Please block 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. for each class day ​above. Participation in all class sessions is mandatory.


The deadline to apply has been extended to ​September 13, 2024.


All applicants will be invited to interview for the ​program. Interview day takes place on September 16, ​2024, from 9:00 a.m. to Noon via Zoom.

Program Curriculum

Core learning competencies include:

  • Resilient Leadership: Learn principles and ​practices for navigating uncertainty and creating a ​unique leadership statement.
  • Workplace Mental Health: Gain essential skills to ​support workplace mental health, develop trauma-​informed leadership, and manage burnout and ​compassion fatigue.
  • Effective Communication: Master the four DiSC ​communication styles to increase effectiveness, ​with a deep knowledge of delegation, feedback, ​navigating conflict, and emotional intelligence.


Program Curriculum Continued

Core learning competencies include:

  • Creating and Fostering Inclusion and Belonging: ​Understand the importance of psychological ​safety, inclusion, and belonging, and learn to ​create supportive, bias-free environments where ​everyone feels valued and contributes their best.
  • Vision & Culture: Learn to communicate vision ​effectively and foster a healthy culture by ​understanding the connection between vision, ​culture, and organizational success.
  • Communicating Up & Out: Develop clear and ​impactful communication strategies with ​leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders to ​increase effectiveness and avoid communication ​pitfalls.


Tuition

$895 per participant.


The all-inclusive cost includes all meals, ​program materials, excursions, speaker ​fees, orientation, and graduation.

FAQs

Is class participation ​in all sessions ​required?

Academy students are ​expected to participate ​in all class sessions. All ​classes will be held in-​person.

Who will be teaching ​th​e classes?

A diversity of highly ​qualified experts with ​extensive leadership ​experience. The ​program includes peer-​to-peer learning as well.

When is payment due?
